A phone interview beforehand to check my suitability for the role followed by a face to face interview with the area manager and people manager. Fairly relaxed atmosphere talking about past experiences and what I could bring to the role.

Had to travel to Witney (Near Oxford) for the interview with the Area Manager. The interview lasted approx 45 minutes - the Area Manager used a paper document to refer to when asking questions. The interview room was welcoming and the atmosphere was calm. The interviewer was very polite and professional.
