Applied online got back to me a week later scheduled an interview for the next day the manager who interviewed me was very nice but i felt the interview went to smoothly he made it seem like you go the job which wasn't the case i would of appreciated if i got a rejection email instead of waiting around

i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
straight forward, in person interview. invited to a discovery day, a few weeks to hear any call back or feedback but in the end they will end up a hiring internally unfortunately.
easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to
invlolved a tour around the department
asked about my availability and previous work experience
lovely place to work and would work here again
