Submitted an application and about 3 months later got asked for an interview. Straight forward interview with a few competency based questions and doing a bit of work on the shop floor. Got a letter a few days later asking me to come to for induction and telling me the hours I was offered.

Question 1
Give an example when you felt out of your comfort zone and succeeded
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
