Interview
It was a fairly relaxed one on one conversation. We discussed the benefits of working for Tesco such as wages, the union shares, uniform etc. Then we talked about my previous work experience and my availability. I also was asked questions about what I would do or have done in various scenarios.

Question 1
What would I do if I was struggling to connect, uncomfortable working with, or not getting along with a difficult colleague?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
