Interview
Interviewed in a small room around the back for 10 minutes, had to fill out a form and was asked various questions. Then had to sit on the tills for 20 minutes and deal with customers with a member of staff by my side guiding me.

Can you give an example of a time you received good customer service?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
