few questions over phone, then face to face with the usual questions.How have i handled an unhappy customer.How would i class customer satisfaction.What experience do i have in working in this type of environment, and what positives can i bring
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
