Face to face interview consists of 5 leadership based compensation questions and then what difference do you believe you can make.

Swift process and kind person. Was 3 parts to to the interview process. The first is an online application, telephone interview, virtual interview. All very straight forward, phone call was more to check I am who I say I am.
