structured interview with around 5 scenario questions which were ok however struggled with some of the questions thinking about on the spot of examples. was also made to work on shop floor which was unexpected.

Question 1
name a time when you had rules to follow which you did not agree with
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
