There were 2 interviews held , as i was referred by an employee !! The managers were very friendly . They will first make the candidate comfortable by asking very basic questions. Once you are comfortable they will start asking the questions which is required for the company. They should feel that you will work with them . Then only you'll clear the interview . Basics knowledge should be strong

Basic question from resume, excellent test and Hr interview,. Knowledge of what you did in your previous job. Proficient in excel. How you going to handle projects individually. How different it is from the changing the or coming from different industry.
