Interview
It was very structured with 5 or 6 questions that I had to answer. Then you get the option to ask questions. Had to fill out some forms and my availability etc.

Tell me about a time where there was a conflict between you and someone else, how did you communicate to sort the issue out?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
