Interview
I applied online, Got an interview the next week which I found it very relaxed but professional. I was asked what I know about the business, why I want to work for the company and questions about my self. The same day I received a call with a job offer which I was more than happy to accept
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
