Interview
Competence based interview with emphasis on past experience as examples. Interviewers score your answers as per their criteria so you must say the right phrases to be successful. The questions are straightforward though
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
