I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Croydon, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Took less than 3 weeks. Had a few questions on the online application and then was invited for a face to face interview along with 7 other people in the room, but wasn't a group interview.

Interview
Easy fill-in online application, followed by an in person interview with manager about a week after. Nice and friendly chat about expectations and making sure I met the right requirements for the job.

Question 1
How does this role fit in your career aspirations?
Fairly easy and straightforward interview. I felt comfortable talking to interviewer. It wasnt too long either. Just asked basic questions about why you want to work there and examples of when you have shown you are hardworking etc. Also if you are ok with the early shifts (6am, sometimes 4am during seasonal rush)

I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (Folkestone, England)
Interview
Applied for part-time and the interview process was very casual. Was shown around the store before being taken into the back and asked a few basic questions. Felt more like a conversation than an interview.
