Tescom interview questions

I got a call from the HR and an interview was scheduled shortly within the week. It went rather well. I was brought to a room and was offered water. The person who interviewed me was one of the managers. Tescom is an out-sourcing company for professional testing so most of the questions were pertaining to testing methodology, bug tracking system used and the distance willing to travel for work.

1. Phone from HR 2. technical interview with team leader and group leader (about 1.5 hours) with RT HW-SW system described and than questions on the system's functionality, failures, tests.... 3. "PILAT" test - technical, psychological, social questions & group dynamics + 1:1 with psychologist
