First round was with a HR person, most were introductory questions walk me through your resume, coding skills, whether want to work in office 5 days a week, experience within the energy market
The HR representative comes across as unfriendly and rather blunt, which can be a reflection of the company’s overall working culture. You can often gauge the organizational environment by observing how their HR team communicates.
