Applied online and was invited for phone interview with Senior Recruiter. Phone call lasted 30 mins and recruiter told that they will follow up with the next steps shortly. They never came back to me. I followed-up to the recruiter and never heard back anything. No-matter the outcome, it's very unprofessional not to communicate at all to the candidate.
