After a couple of weeks of rescheduling the interview (I had some conflicts coming up) I finally made it. It started with a 35 minute IQ test, rather easy except for one question which was worded weird. After the test I had an the interview with the manager and after with the director. Manager was more interested in which C# technologies I used (although the add was mentioning they accept people with C++ or Java) rather than how I think logically a programming exercise. The director was more realistic, he wanted someone who fit with the team and understood how the process is going. Long story short, it seems the manager didn't like me and I didn't got the job. I think. Because although they said they will let me know either way, I didn't get any feedback from them, not even after I sent them a couple of emails. So much for professionalism.
