The interview process was straightforward and convenient. It took place over a WhatsApp call, which made it very easy. The recruiter conducted the interview more like a friendly chat, and it lasted about 30 minutes. Towards the end, they provided more details about the work and encouraged questions, which was helpful in understanding the role better.

Interview
It's a three step interview process. The first step is a telephonic/skype call, briefing you about the organization and learning about your background. This step also involves attending an orientatin workshop that teaches you how to conduct interveiws and the whole process it entails. The second step is a skill based process- wherein you are required to record and transcribe one interview of a partition witness and turn in the videos , summary and photos according to the methodology followed by the organsiation. The third is another call , which is in the form of a feedback session , where you talk about your experience of having conducted your first interview and the interviewer tells you what went right or wrong.
