Weird. Interviewer was late and disorganised. Despite me being put forward by the internal recruiter for a strategy role I was initially asked about my experience creating content. I was also heavily quizzed on the rates and contracts at my former agency, which is confidential. Worst part was being told repeatedly that anyone who "couldn't handle" the pandemic wasn't resilient enough and that being made redundant due to covid was "an excuse"
