Interview
Initial interview was with a top member of the company. The individual was obviously distracted during the interview, often having to backtrack or duplicating questions. I was also informed of the trajectory of the position, which turned out to be false.
A week later, a much better and more professional interview took place with Senior members of the team. They were fantastic in relaying accurate information and held themselves accountable to what they shared throughout my time with the company.

I cannot recall any of the questions asked during the initial interview, apart from 'When would be the earliest you could start?'
The second interview had great questions which called for examples of personal experience in dealing with clients from the past. They had taken time to review my resumè beforehand and that did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

At first, this process went very well - I had a preliminary interview with two managers I would be potentially working with, and they referred me to a second interview with the VP and CEO. This interview was also scheduled quickly and went very well - I had no reason to believe I would not be offered a position. After this I sent multiple follow-up emails that took at least a week to garner a response, then they asked for my salary requirements and I waited another week before sending another follow-up email. After sending multiple follow-ups and waiting weeks, I finally received an email saying they went with another candidate.

Very spaced out, Had one round of interview and was then sent a case study analysis to work on. They called me for a second round panel interview after 2 weeks.
