I was recruited for the role by an external recruiter. I had seven meetings in the span of five weeks, resulting in the (confusing) feedback that I was "99% perfect" for the position--and that there were no other candidates in the running--but was being passed on nonetheless.

Interview
I researched the company before the interview. I expected it would have a large staff after watching several of the many marketing videos produced by the company which mentioned a large staff. Not the case at all, under 10 employees, they seem desperate for help. I was not interested in working for a company that misrepresents itself.
