Interview
Was called to do a coding test online, and then later called to arrange an interview the next day over Skype. The interview was more of just explaining the role and your obligations. You would need to sign a 2 year contract (that you would be fined if you left early), and they would send a tailored CV to clients on your behalf that lie and tack on 5 years experience that you don't have. They were pretty confrontational when I was not keen on the 2 year contract or lying on on a CV. Extremely sketchy, stay away if you can.

Interview
The interview was too easy. It involves programming questions which anybody with 1 or 2 weeks of experience could pass. The experience was positive, the guys I have met were respectful though they are not good at answering your questions. The overall process except for the lady from the USA who interviewed me through skype before I got an offer was a bit unprofessional and seems like a scam. They are too obsessed with signing you the employment contract which contains a commitment for 2 years worth of 16K . Better safe than sorry if you received a call do due diligence.
