I applied online. I interviewed at The Apprentice Project in Dec 2025
Interview
My interview experience closely aligns with what others have mentioned in their reviews. While the people I spoke with were friendly and the conversations were interesting and thoughtful, the overall process lacked respect for candidates’ time. I was contacted at odd hours, including late nights and early mornings, with little consideration for time zones, and interviews were scheduled very randomly. They do four to five rounds, even for a junior or mid-level role. The compensation advertised for a managerial role was quite low, and there was an expectation to work on Saturdays and Sundays regularly. After learning more details, I chose to withdraw from the process before the founders’ round. While the individuals were pleasant, I would not recommend this organisation to anyone seeking work-life balance or basic respect for personal time.

Interview
So many rounds of interviews. Not sure what they want. Even on Sundays, they kept the interview. Always thinking they are a priority. They say they are inclusive, but they are not.
3-4 rounds of interview. One-two rounds can get tough, which would be technical rounds with one or more Directors. Besides the verbal interview, there is a written assignment to test your skills.

Question 1
Depends on role to role. One key thing across roles would be trying to understand your fit in the social and educational space.
