The Aurora Group interview questions

There was a face to face meeting with two interviewers, who were managers. I was presented with different scenarios and a series of questions relating to supporting and safeguarding. I wanted the night role but they advised day time as my skill set would be utilised

First, I was asked to interact with the children for a lesson. Then, I had the interview with 2 of the staff members. I was asked about my experience, meaning of safeguarding etc.
