It was quite straightforward, however, the feedback is quite generic. The panel was quite relaxed. It did however feel like they already had a preferred candidate. panel interview and class demo is done on the same day which is a plus.

Interview
Three-step process: two face to face interviews and a trial week. The interviews were conducted as the school term ended; therefore, the results took several weeks. Overall very thoroughly conducted especially because the position required interaction with different aspects of the school.
