The Barkery interview questions

There will first be a one on one interview, then a working interview pending she wants to hire you, scheduled a few days later. She will ask you questions (prefacing that it's technically illegal to ask) such as: "Are you religious?" and "Do you have a kid or plan on having one anytime soon?". You will be offered either commission or hourly. Hourly pay is dismal. She actually told me she had a "reputation", and went through almost "20" groomers last year. She told me she is totally open o any suggestions or concerns, but the second you mention anything to her, she becomes agitated, or totally dismisses it.
