Interview
The interview is carried out by the general manager and the assistant manager, but sometimes there will be 2 assistant managers, who are very nice and create a calm environment to not make the interviewee nervous.
Fairly quick and easy. Asks basic questions. Go in ready to work mornings, also be ok with doing any position. Restaurants aren’t always easy. You will be a busser, server, food runner and sometimes in dish to help.
