They asked me to send all my information, and I did. I followed up for days. They made it seem like I was the perfect match, and then—boom—they disappeared. I will not recommend trying to interview with them.

I applied for this role via Indeed, where I had to specify my address and the fact that I was based out of Los Angeles. I also specified the fact that I was based out of Los Angeles on my cover letter and my resume. Yet when the interview began they asked me where I was based, I told them Los Angeles, and they said they had no idea why I had even been scheduled for an interview because they don’t hire anyone from the state of California. They apologized for wasting my time and said I must have “slipped through the cracks.” It’s evident to me that no one reviewed my resume prior to interviewing me.

the interview process was friendly and chill. the second round is more detailed so be prepared for that. make sure you show you have extensive knowledge in managing social accounts, talking to clients, and project management skills.
