The Bright Light Group interview questions

Do you want to work with pay or without pay? (along those lines, not phrased exactly) - Answered "with pay": main reason I think I was rejected. Looking back, should have just answered "without pay" since it was right after my freshman year and had no experience. Did not land any other internships for that summer.
