The CENTECH GROUP interview questions

I had an in person interview, very easy interview questions, ecentric project managers, overall positive interview process. Able to pass as long you have college related knowledge. Questions related to javascript, c# and general programming ideas

The comoany i worked for lost the contract on a Friday, and Centech waited until that Saturday evening to interview us all. The CEO was co ducting the interview and continuously said "I'm blind so I have no idea if you are black, white, hispanic, or Asian." The first time I thought he might be joking, but he said it enough times where I wondered why it would matter so much that he has to make a point about it. During the interview, I was personally asked why I liked my job and I answered saying I like being able to help customers face to face. He asked me if I ever considered being a pastor then. I wasn't offended by the question, but it was one of the many things that made the interview so uncomfortable. Be wary though, they will slash your pay by 30% with no warning.
