Phone interview- typical questions, interview done by employee other than owner. She explained a typical day in the job. Didn't ask too many questions, mostly explained pay rate and typical hours available.
Follow-up email- from owner
In person interview- with owner, she was very nice and asked typical interview questions. She followed a packet, but didn't spend too much time writing word-for-word what I was saying.
