Easy process - was relatively quick and people seem interested in what I had to say which was a nice experience.
First interview was done virtually and then second interview was done in the office

How would you demonstrate proactiveness when managing a client?
Their recruitment is handled through a third party called Your People Partners.
Was asked to answer some video questions online.
Invited for phone interview with one of the Your People Partners reps. He said he'd chat to the business owner and get back to me.
Ghosted. Never heard back even after receiving automated emails saying they'd get back to me.

Overall interview process was good. I had several stages including a task which allowed me to show my skills and I think this is really important as sometimes a CV or cover letter is not enough
