Quick, effective and informational. The initial phone interview is a good introduction, while the job shadow is a good first hand experience. The 3 interview process was very in depth and allowed me to talk about my strengths while also learning about the company.

Got a call from a friend that worked there who put in a good word for me. i then started a trial run that weekend. it was very simple. i just had to turn up to the club with my own uniform and work that night. was easy peezy.
