Once you submit your resume, you had to wait for a phone interview. Then you are called into the office for a face-to-face with an immediate supervisor and manager

What is your best professional skill that still help you do the job? What is your weakness?
First an online assessment. Next a recruiter calls and then in person. If you applied to short term disability they will sell you the job. It’s unforgiving work and there’s always more.
I had two interviews. The questions were pretty standard. It was a fast turnaround. Offer came the same day as my second interview. Horrible work environment so beware of a quick turnaround.

They asked me about my previous claims experience. What some of my strengths and weaknesses were and how I prioritize my day.

Interview
The interview process was very simple. It was a teams video chat with 2 department managers. Both asked general questions about my career and experiences. They asked behavioral based questions as well.
