Frustrating experience. So many miscommunications on their end. They were highly unprofessional, dismissive, and rude during my interview. The interviewers seemed uneducated and catty and they asked very limited questions to get to know me as a person.

Two virtual interviews: first is the initial screening, verifying you and your experience, and a little more about the role with one person. Second interview is with two people and ask STAR structured questions.

Initial screening call interview, and then a follow up with team leaders of the role usually 2. They will ask you some STAR format questions and relevant experience regarding customer service.

Interview
The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
