Interview
Kinda awkward. Two people phoned in and the person in the room interviewing was on her laptop the whole time looking at the screen. Made it hard to establish eye contact. The interviewer was also 20 minutes late to come get me after I checked in the lobby.

When have you worked in a team?
Customer service experience.
First an online assessment. Next a recruiter calls and then in person. If you applied to short term disability they will sell you the job. It’s unforgiving work and there’s always more.
I had two interviews. The questions were pretty standard. It was a fast turnaround. Offer came the same day as my second interview. Horrible work environment so beware of a quick turnaround.

They asked me about my previous claims experience. What some of my strengths and weaknesses were and how I prioritize my day.

Interview
The interview process was very simple. It was a teams video chat with 2 department managers. Both asked general questions about my career and experiences. They asked behavioral based questions as well.
