I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview started with a screening process, filled out application and answered online questions. HR got in touch with me to ask more questions. Telephone interview was setup for Vice President. I then was invited for an on-site interview in Charlotte, NC. The interview process had taken all day. People I was suppose to meet with were running late (meetings) which I thought was very inconsiderate since I had come in from out of town. I also didn't have lunch because the person who was taking me around had someone else take me to other meetings because she was busy. They said they let me know by Friday. I waited and nobody contacted me so I tried to get in touch with HR rep through email and phone messages. I finally had gotten a hold of someone after 2 weeks who told me that they already hired for the position. I just wasn't notified.
Overall was a good experience. Questions were mostly situational. Can you tell me about a time when you had to deal with competing priorities? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult client, how did you handle it?

Can you tell me about a time when you had to deal with competing priorities?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Hartford, CT) in Dec 2022
Interview
A number of rounds of interviews - Screening call, Hiring Manager, Some cross-functional panel members, then final round with leadership. It did feel that the process was unclear and interviews continued to be scheduled until they were satisfied.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Hartford (Hartford, CT) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was contacted by HR and had an interview set up for the following week. The interviews (3) went well and they were respectful of my time. I was advised of the process timeline and informed that I would be notified by the following week. I had to call the HR person for an update a week later and was advised the hiring manager was on vacation but that they were back in a week and I would be hearing from them then. Two weeks later, no notification. Those in charge of interviewing should be cordial enough to let candidates know if they are no longer in consideration. It took an additional month and an online survey before an email was generated.
