I had applied to the job and got an automated email the next day asking to set up an interview. Really liked like fast and efficient that was. Had a phone interview with HR which is based in the USA. The connection was really bad right off the bat, I could barely hear what the interviewer was saying. I wouldn't even call it a screening call because all I did was read my resume to them. No questions were asked about why I wanted to work at the company, what my interest was, etc.
