Very weird experience. This is the first time the employee spoke so many bad things about the agency... Did not make me feel like joining at all. I feel like they're just trying to find someone desperate to fill the position. Asked for my salary expectation and when I told her (it was reasonable because of my qualifications and experience), she asked if I can take anything lower... Asked her about the high turnover rate and she kept mentioning that people crumble when there's pressure- I get it, but isn't it time to review your own management if people keep quitting? I don't believe people leave just because of pressure. She mentioned that work life balance is encouraged but they don't really 'practice' it due to long working hours.... From start till the end I never heard one nice thing about the agency.
