Without warning, this was a group interview. It consisted of a member of the staff asking the interviewees to vocalize why they wanted to work for this company none of us knew anything about and telling us to pitch ourselves to her in front of the others without knowing anything else about the position.

I had my first interview and they called by the end of the day for a second interview. Went very smoothly! It was super easy talking to both of the people I talked too.
