They will call you to schedule an in person interview. Bring a resume and showcase you interest in the homeless population. The interview focuses on how you will interact with others in a given circumstance. They want to make sure you are a good fit and will not mistreat anyone while working.

There was an interview with two executive positions. It also involved discussing what expectations in the role were like. They mentioned reaching back out, but I think they may have hired someone else.
