There was a sit down interview with HR representatives. There was a short written component and then a short segment where you co-teach a real class alongside a permanent teacher.

Interview
Applied through university. It was an info-session, started with company introduction by the employees sharing their experiences and job scopes, followed by some ice breaking games and refreshment. After that, it was group interview with six to eight interviewees by two interviewers. Interviewees took turn to answer questions. Whole process lasted around 3 hours.
