Unprofessional & shambolic experience. They didn’t even send me the JD then criticised me for not having it and accused me of being unprepared. Thé interviewer came across as erratic, old fashioned and anti sales. He celebrated not paying commission! They came across as a Jurassic age sales house with very little respect for sales - and definitely not female sales people. My son was hospitalised during the process- yet they were completely inflexible with rearranging the presentation they’d asked for. Then, just before it was supposed to take place, and after hours of work on it, dropped me out of the process. In all my 20yr sales career, I have never been treated with such little respect by an interviewer.
