Three rounds of interviews:
1) Phone interview with Lead Pastor
2) Phone interview with Board member to assess skill levels for software such as Microsoft Office Suite
3) In-person interview with Lead Pastor and several Board members
The process took about 45 days from beginning to end with many emails and phone calls.
