I am giving this experience overall "no opinion" because it was a mix of good and I would say more agitating than "bad." Overall, in my opinion this place sort of knows what they want. It was time consuming, and in the end a slight waste of my time because they reached out to me first (I didn't apply).
Let me explain:
The CEO reached out to me via LinkedIn and the process started from there. I had two phone interviews followed by a face to face with about five people for a couple of hours. So, far we are at three interviews total. This was followed by a final interview, which was a presentation to the senior staff including the CEO, partners, etc. According to TNG it was a mock presentation to expand upon digital experiences and ideas for a client (real or fake I am not sure...but it was possibly based off a recent RFP they came across). In other words, they wanted to see how a candidate would lead a project and see an approach used. I went against my better judgement and presented a deck to them, which they asked for after (a digital copy). It was a typical agency interview process at first with that presentation to top it off. The production and account team's going through re-structuring so the role would essentially be a digital producer/account manger. In total this spanned over about a month and was about 5-6 hours total.
