After the initial online tests and sift process I was invited for panel interview. Very friendly interviewers, that made you feel at ease. They fully explained how the interview was going to be conducted and how long it would be. They had my application form information, despite other people saying that this doesn't usually happen, but that was not a bad thing. They said I could use my own notes if I wanted to, but not to read from them. I got them out but didn't actually refer to them.

This was a competency based interview which threw me really. These are very tough for someone who has no experience of these. You have to provide examples of when you have done something.
