Applied online. Got a call to schedule interview by HR Director. Met with Nurse Manager and HR Director. Was asked a variety of questions related to prior experience and professional characteristics. The seemed to be looking for a highly skilled, hard working, and attention to detail individual that is open to learning their own processes.
