The first interview was over the phone and it went very well. Talked for about 30 minutes and just got to know each other. After the phone interview I came in for a face to face interview which lasted about an hour. Again, this went very well. First impression was great. Very casual, welcoming environment. CEO was very smart, personable and easy to talk to.
