Sent my resume directly to someone who works there. Entire process took about 3-4 weeks. Five phone interviews and one in-person interview that lasted 4 hours with 4 different people. They wanted me to start as soon as possible. Did not offer relocation assistance and offered me lower than the originally discussed salary.

Overall straight forward. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a bonus, but they understand the JAM role is entry level so work ethic and attitude can play a large role.
