Answer a few questions before you get a phone interview. Then a zoom interview, then in person interview. Then came in for a few hours to shadow my team before I was made an offer.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years. What attracted you to this position?
Poor time management. Doesn’t keep their word. They say they’ll get back to you in a day or two but they seem to just ghost you after. You’re better off going some place else.
